Dear users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), SUNSHINE LINE FOODSTUFF TRADING L.L.C

 (hereinafter referred to as “Foodmax”,“we”, or “us”) have published Foodmax Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Privacy Policy”) as follows to define the type and manner of personal information collected, used and shared with respect to each business function of our products and services; to strengthen notification (e.g. by using bold or popping up for the first use), inform users by immediate prompt and offer users express options and inform users how to revoke authorization immediately; to define the manner of users’ inquiry about and correction and deletion of their personal information; to add a cancelation function to user accounts; and to define the scenarios of cross-border transmission, data receivers and protective measures of personal information.

By accessing or using Foodmax’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Notice. It should be specifically noted that this Privacy Policy only applies to Foodmax products and services, and does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, nor does it apply to products or services within Foodmax that have separately established privacy policies.

Before using any products or services from Foodmax, please be sure to read and thoroughly

understand this Privacy Policy, especially the terms marked in bold/bold underline, which you should focus on. Only after confirming that you fully understand and agree should you begin to use them. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the content of this Privacy Policy, you can contact us through the various contact methods provided by Foodmax.

Part One: Definition

Foodmax: the Foodmax mobile device application.

Foodmax Service Provider: the Foodmax mobile device application and software technology

service provider, SUNSHINE LINE FOODSTUFF TRADING L.L.C

Affiliated Company:any other companies that have a direct or indirect control relationship or equity relationship with Foodmax.

Personal Information: all kinds of information that is recorded electronically or otherwise and can be used independently or in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person’s identity or reflect a specific natural person’s activity.

Company Information: all information that can be directly reflected on the business license, including the unified social credit code, license number, company name, type, legal representative, business scope, registered capital, establishment date, business duration, and address.

Sensitive Personal Information: any personal information that is likely to harm personal and property safety and may cause damage or discriminative treatment to any personal reputation, physical and mental health if it is divulged, provided illegally or abused (we will prominently identify specific personal sensitive information in bold in this Privacy Policy).

Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as those in the “Foodmax Service Agreement”.

1. How do we collect and use your information?

When you use Foodmax, we need to collect and use your personal/company information, which includes the following two types:

(1) To provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you shall authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.

(2) To provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use such information. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the intended functional effects, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products and/or services.

You understand and agree:

(1) We are committed to creating a diverse range of products and services to meet your needs. Since we offer a wide variety of products and services, and different users may choose different specific products/services, the basic/additional functions and the types and scope of personal/company information collected and used may vary accordingly. Please refer to the specific product/service functions for details.

(2) To provide you with a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As a result, we may occasionally introduce new or optimized functions, which may require the collection and use of new personal/company information or change the purpose or method of using personal / company information. In this regard, we will inform you of the purpose, scope, and method of collection of corresponding information by updating this Privacy Policy, through pop-ups, page prompts, etc., and provide you with a way to choose to consent. We will collect and use the information only after obtaining your explicit consent. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions during this process, you can contact us through various contact methods provided by Foodmax, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

We will collect and use your personal/company information to achieve the functions outlined in this Privacy Policy:

(1) Account registration and membership

To register as a member and use our membership services, you need to provide a mobile phone number, password, and/or verification code to create a Foodmax account.  If you only need to use browsing and search services, you do not need to register as our member or provide the above information.

When using Foodmax, to maintain your basic information and improve your service experience, you can complete your online identity information (such as store information, receiving addresses, and business license information, etc.).

(2) Provide you with the display of product or service information

We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorized consent according to the agreement with third parties.During your use of our services, in order to identify abnormal account statuses and understand product compatibility, we may automatically collect your usage data and store it as network log information, including:

a. Device information: We will receive and record information related to the device you are using (including device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, and other hardware and software characteristics) based on your specific actions during software installation and/or usage, as well as location-related information (including the GPS location you authorize and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations).

b. Service log information: When you use the products or services provided by Foodmax, we automatically collect detailed usage information about your interaction with our services as service logs, including browsing, clicks, search queries, appointments, adding to cart, transactions, after-sales, sharing information, posting information, as well as IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, and access date and time.

Please note that standalone device information and service log information cannot identify a specific natural person's identity. If we combine this type of non-personal/company information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or use it in conjunction with personal/company information, this non-personal/company information will be considered personal/company information during the period of combined use, unless we obtain your authorization or there are other legal regulations. We will anonymize and de-identify this information.

In addition, we will use the above information to continuously improve and optimize the aforementioned functions.

(3) Provide you with the add-to-cart function

During your browsing of our site, you can choose to add items and/or services of interest to your shopping cart. While you use the above functions, we will collect service log information, including your cart addition records, to implement the aforementioned functions and other purposes that we explicitly inform you about.

(4) Provide you with functions of making an order and managing your order

When you order specific goods and/or services by our products and/or services, we will generate an order for the purchase of those goods and/or services through our system. During the ordering process, you need to provide at least your recipient’s name, delivery address, and recipient’s contact number. The order will also include information about the goods and/or services you purchased, the specific order number, the order creation time, and the amount you need to pay. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction smoothly, ensure the security of your transaction, query order information, provide customer service and after-sales support, and for other purposes that we clearly inform you about.

To help you understand and manage your order information, we will collect the order information generated during your use of our services to display it to you and facilitate your management of the orders.

You can additionally fill in/select more supplementary information, including the delivery time, to ensure the accurate delivery of goods or services.

(5) Help you complete the payment

To complete the order payment, you need to select a payment method. We will share the order paymentrelated information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with the thirdparty payment institution you choose.

To ensure that we can promptly understand and confirm your payment progress and status, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to the payment progress from the third-party payment institution or other financial institution you have chosen.

(6)Provide you with the delivery of goods or services

According to your agreement with the provider of the goods and/or services, the relevant delivery service provider (including the merchant or third-party delivery service provider) will complete the delivery of your order. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant delivery service provider will inevitably learn and use your order-related delivery information to ensure that the goods and/or services you purchased can be delivered smoothly, safely, and accurately.

To ensure that we are promptly informed and can confirm the delivery progress and status, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to the delivery progress from the provider of the goods and/or services you choose, as well as from the delivery service provider.

(7)Customer service and dispute resolution

When you contact us or submit a request for handling disputes related to sales or after-sales, in order to ensure the security of your account and the system, we need you to provide necessary personal/company information to verify your identity.

To facilitate contacting you, quickly assist you in resolving issues, or record the handling plans and results of related problems, we may retain your communication/call records with us and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or your contact information) will be used if you inquire, complain, or provide suggestions regarding a specific order.

To meet the reasonable needs of providing and improving service quality, we may also use your other information, including the relevant information you provide when you contact customer service and the responses you send us when you participate in surveys.

(8) Provide you with the security guarantee

To enhance the security of your use of services provided by us and our affiliated companies and partners, to protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public from harm, to better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyberattacks, and intrusions, and to more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the relevant agreements and rules of Foodmax, we may use or integrate your membership information, transaction information, device information, service log information, and information obtained from our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or shared legally, to comprehensively assess the risks of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing,

analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

(9) Provide you with other additional services

To provide you with more convenient and higher-quality products and/or services, and to enhance your experience, we may collect and use your personal/company information in the following additional services we offer. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of Foodmax, such as browsing, searching, and purchasing, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services. 

These additional services include:

A. Camera-based additional services: You can use this feature to scan codes for receiving discount information after enabling camera permissions, directly take and upload pictures for reviews, sharing, and participating in activities in scenarios you are clearly aware of.

B. Additional services for accessing and uploading images/videos based on the album (photo library/video library): You can use this feature to upload your photos/images/videos after enabling album permissions, allowing for communication with customer service to provide proof and other functions.

You understand and agree that the aforementioned additional services may require you to enable access to your camera and photo library on your device in order to collect and use the information involved with these permissions. You can check the status of these permissions one by one in your device settings and decide to enable or disable them at any time. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal/company information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it means you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use the

relevant personal/company information based on that permission, nor will we be able to provide the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use that was conducted based on your prior authorization.

(10) Other description

A. If the information you provide contains personal/company information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing this personal/company information to Foodmax.

B. If we use the information for purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or if we use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your personal/company information from third parties, we will obtain your consent in advance. If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will clearly request in writing that the third party collect personal/company information only after obtaining your consent in accordance with the law, and inform you of the content of the shared information. If Sensitive Personal Information is involved, it must be explicitly confirmed by you before being provided for our use. We will require the third party to commit to the legality and compliance of the source of the personal/company information, and if the third party violates this, we will clearly demand that they bear the corresponding legal responsibility. At the same time, our professional security team will enhance the security of personal/company information (including Sensitive Personal Information reporting, encrypted storage, access control, etc.). We will use protection measures and means that are no less than those we apply to our own users’ personal/company information to protect the indirectly obtained personal/company information.

C.Exceptions to obtaining authorization consent

You fully understand and agree that we may collect and use your personal/company information without your authorization in the following circumstances, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, or information retrieval:

(1) Related to national security and defense security;

(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments in judicial or administrative law enforcement;

(4) For the purpose of protecting the major legal rights and interests of you or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent;

(5) The personal/company information you publicly disclose to the public;

(6) Collecting personal/company information from legally disclosed public information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

(7) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of agreements or other written documents signed with you;

(8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services, such as detecting and handling faults in the products and/or services;

(9) Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

(10) Academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research based on public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the outside, they de-identify the personal/company information contained in the results;

(11) Other circumstances specified by laws and regulations.

Please be informed that, according to applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary actions to process personal/company information in such a way that the data recipient cannot re-identify specific individuals and cannot restore the data, or if we may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis, and predictions on the collected information to improve the content and layout of Foodmax, provide support for business decisions regarding products or services, and enhance our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed data does not require further notification to you or obtaining your consent.

If we stop operating the Foodmax products or services, we will promptly cease the collection of your personal/company information, notify you of the cessation of operations individually or through announcements, and delete or anonymize the personal/company information related to the ceased business that we hold.

2. How we use cookies and similar technologies?

(1) Cookie

Foodmax may establish a website to provide you with products and services in the future. To ensure

the normal operation of the website, to give you a smoother browsing experience, and to recommend content you may be interested in, we will store Cookie, Flash Cookie, or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications on your computer or mobile device (collectively referred to as "Cookie"). With the help of Cookie, the website can store data such as your preferences or items in your shopping cart.

If your browser or browser add-ons allow it, you can modify the level of acceptance of Cookie or refuse our Cookie. For details, please see AboutCookies.org. However, if you do this, it may affect your secure access to our website in certain cases, and you may need to change user settings each time you visit our site.

(2)Cookie Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we will also use other similar technologies on the website, such as web beacons, pixel tags, and ETags.

For example, the emails we send you may contain links to content on our website, and if you click on those links, we will track the click to help us understand your product or service preferences, allowing us to proactively improve the customer service experience. A web beacon is typically a transparent image embedded in a website or email. With the pixel tags in the email, we can determine whether the email has been opened. ETag (Entity Tag) is an HTTP protocol header transmitted behind the scenes between internet browsers and internet servers, serving as a substitute for cookies. ETags can help us avoid unnecessary server load, improve service efficiency, and save resources and energy. At the same time, we may use ETags to record your identity so that we can gain deeper insights and improve our products or services. Most browsers provide users with the option to clear browser cache data, which you can do in the browser settings. However, please note that if you disable ETags, you may not enjoy a relatively better product or service experience.

3. How we share, transfer, and disclose your information?

(1) Sharing

We will not share your personal/company information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of Foodmax service providers, except in the following situations:

A. Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal/company information externally in accordance with legal regulations, for litigation, dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities.

B. Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal/company information with other parties.

C. Sharing under your active choice: When you purchase goods or services through Foodmax, we will share the necessary information related to the transaction from your order information with the relevant providers of the goods or services based on your choice, in order to fulfill your transaction and after-sales service needs.

D. Sharing with affiliated companies: To facilitate our recommendation of information you may be interested in, identify unusual member account activity, and protect the personal and property safety of Foodmax’s affiliated companies or other users or the public from harm, your personal/company information may be shared with our affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal/company information, and it will be subject to the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If we share your personal sensitive information or if the affiliated companies change the purposes for using and processing personal/company information, we will seek your authorization and consent again.

E. Sharing with authorized partners: We may engage authorized partners to provide certain services to you or to perform functions on our behalf. We will only share your information for legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes as stated in this privacy policy, and authorized partners may only access the information necessary for them to fulfill their responsibilities and may not use this information for any other purposes.

Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

a. Authorized partners for advertising and analytics services. We will not share your personal identification information with partners providing advertising and analytics services without your permission. We will engage these partners to process information related to advertising reach and effectiveness, but we will not provide your personal identification information, or we will de-identify this information so that it does not identify you personally. Such partners may combine the above information with other data they have lawfully obtained to perform the advertising services or decision-making recommendations we have commissioned.

b. Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We share information with suppliers, service providers, and other partners that support our business, including those providing technology infrastructure services on our behalf, analyzing how our services are used, measuring the effectiveness of advertising and services, providing customer service, facilitating payments, logistics distribution, or conducting academic research and surveys. We will conduct strict security checks on the application programming interfaces (API) and software development kits (SDK) used by authorized partners to obtain information, and we will agree with authorized partners on stringent data protection measures, requiring them to handle personal/company information in accordance with our entrusted purposes, service descriptions, this privacy policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(2) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal/company information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:

A. Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal/company information to other parties.

B. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the Foodmax service provider, or other situations involving mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of personal/company information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal/company information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require that company, organization, and individuals to seek your authorization and consent again.

(3) Disclose

We will only disclose your personal/company information in the following circumstances:

A. With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your personal/company information;

B. If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously breached the relevant agreements and rules of Foodmax, or to protect the personal and property safety of Foodmax and its affiliated companies’ users or the public from harm, we may disclose your personal/company information, including related violations and the measures Foodmax has taken against you, in accordance with laws and regulations or with your consent under the relevant agreements and rules of Foodmax.

(4) Exceptions for obtaining prior authorization consent when sharing, transferring, or  disclosing personal/company information

In the following situations, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal/company information does not require prior authorization or consent from you:

A. Related to national security and defense security;

B. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

C. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments in judicial or administrative law enforcement;

D. For the purpose of protecting significant legal rights and interests of you or other individuals, such as life and property, when it is difficult to obtain consent;

E. Personal/company information that you have publicly disclosed to the public;

F. Collecting personal/company information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosures, and other channels.

Please be informed that, according to applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary actions to process personal/company information in such a way that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, then the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of such processed data do not require further notification to you or obtaining your consent.

4. How we protect your information?

(1) We have taken industry-standard, reasonable, and feasible security measures to protect your

personal/company information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal/company information. We will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal/company information. We will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal/company information. We will hold training courses on safety and privacy protection to enhance employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting personal/company information.

(2) We have an industry-leading data-centric data security management system that enhances the overall security of the entire system from multiple dimensions, including organizational development, system design, personnel management, and product technology, focusing on the data lifecycle.

(3) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal/company

information. We will only retain your personal/company information for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law. For example, the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that information on goods and services, as well as transaction information, be retained for no less than three years from the completion of the transaction. The criteria we use to determine the aforementioned retention period include:

A. Complete transactions related to you, maintain corresponding transaction and business records, and respond to any inquiries or complaints you may have;

B. Ensure the safety and quality of the services we provide to you;

C. Do you agree to a longer retention period?

D. Are there any other special agreements regarding the retention period?

After your personal/company information exceeds the retention period, we will delete your personal/company information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

(4) The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. When using Foodmax services, we strongly recommend that you do not use communication methods not recommended by Foodmax to send personal/company information. You can establish connections and share with each other through our services. When you create communication, transactions, or sharing through our services, you can independently choose the recipients of your communication, transactions, or sharing, as third parties who can see your transaction content, contact information, communication information, or shared content.

When using the Foodmax service for online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your

personal/company information, such as contact details or address, to the other party or potential counterpart. Please take proper care to protect your personal/company information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover that your personal/company information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact Foodmax immediately so that we can take appropriate measures based on your request.

Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share while using our services may involve personal/company information or even sensitive personal information about you or others. We encourage you to consider more carefully whether to share or publicly disclose relevant information while using our services.

Please use a complex password to help us ensure the security of your account. We will do our best to protect the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or managerial protective measures are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information that harms your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

(5) We will periodically update and publicly disclose information related to security risks, personal/company information security impact assessment reports, etc. You can obtain this information through Foodmax announcements.

(6) In the event of a personal/company information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, and how you can independently prevent and reduce risks

Risky advice, your remedial measures, etc. We will inform you of the relevant circumstances of the event via email, letters, phone calls, push notifications, etc. When it is difficult to inform individual/company information subjects one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue announcements.

At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal/company information security incidents as required by the regulatory authorities.

5. How you manage your information?

You can access and manage your personal/company information in the following ways:

(1) Query and access your information

You have the right to inquire about your information, except in cases provided for by laws and regulations. You can access your personal/company information by the following means:

Account Information: If you wish to access or edit the personal profile information in your account, you can log in to your account through the Foodmax client to perform such actions.

Search information: You can access or clear your search history.

Order Information: You can check your order history, transaction records, and more on Foodmax.

If you are unable to access the personal/company information through the above methods, you can contact Foodmax customer service.

For any other personal/company information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide you with the relevant arrangements in response to your above request as stated in item (7) of this article.

(2) Correct or supplement your personal/company information

When you find that there are errors in the personal/company information we handle about you, you have the right to request corrections or additions. You can submit a correction or addition request in the manner specified in “(1) Query and access your information”.

(3) Delete your personal/company information

You can delete some of your personal/company information in the manner specified in “(1) Query and access your information”.

In the following situations, you can request us to delete personal/company information:

A. If our handling of personal/company information violates laws and regulations;

B. If we collect and use your personal/company information without obtaining your explicit consent;

C. If our handling of personal/company information seriously violates the agreement with you;

D. If you no longer use our products or services;

E. If we permanently cease to provide you with products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your

personal/company information from us, asking them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or unless these entities have your independent authorization.

After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately remove the corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal/company information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(4) Change the scope of your authorized consent

Each business function may require some basic personal/company information to be completed (see Part Two Section 1 of this privacy policy). In addition, for the collection and use of additional personal/company information, you can contact Foodmax to give or withdraw your consent.

Once you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal/company information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal/company information that was carried out based on your authorization prior to that.

(5) Cancellation of personal/company information account

If you need to cancel your account, you can contact Foodmax’s online customer service for account

cancellation.

After you actively request us to cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you, delete your personal/company information as required by applicable laws, or anonymize it.

(6) Automated decision-making in constraint information systems

In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide a complaint method without infringing on Foodmax's trade secrets or other member rights and social public interests.

(7) Responding to your above request

To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint through Foodmax customer service.

We may refuse requests that are not directly related to your identity, are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (such as developing a new system or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights of others, or are impractical.

In the following situations, we will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements:

A. Related to national security and defense security;

B. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

C. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

D.There is sufficient evidence to indicate that the individual/company information subject has subjective malice or abuses rights;

E. Responding to your request will seriously harm the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals

or organizations;

F. Involving trade secrets.

6. How we process children’s personal information?

In e-commerce activities, we assume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. If you are a minor, we ask that you have your parents or guardians carefully read this privacy policy and use our services or provide us with information only with the consent of your parents or guardians. 

In cases where personal/company information of minors is collected with the consent of parents or guardians for the use of our products or services, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.

7. How is your personal/company information transferred globally?

In principle, the personal information collected and generated by us in a certain country / region will be stored within such country / region.

By choosing Foodmax’s international shipment services, you are clearly aware that your personal information will be transmitted to another country / region other than the original collecting country / region. Foodmax’s international shipment services are based on self-operation or partners’ agency and we will transmit an international shipment’s Waybill Information to our affiliate or partner in another country / region other than the original collecting country / region through system interconnection.

We may transfer your personal data to other countries that have been recognized by the applicable data protection authority as having adequate levels of protection for personal information  pursuant to adequacy decisions. In the absence of adequacy decisions, we will only transfer your personal data to countries which do not have data protection laws or to countries where your privacy and other fundamental rights will not be protected as extensively where we have implemented appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data remains protected and secure.

There may be different data protection laws or no relevant laws in such country / region. Under a similar circumstance, we will ensure that your personal information will receive sufficiently equal protection as compared with the original collecting country / region. For example, we will transmit Waybill Information in an encryption manner, regularly assess and audit the receiver’s security capacity level and sign data processing agreements / clauses.

Our privacy policy may be changed and any subsequent use of the Foodmax’s services will constitute agreement to the changes and modifications.

Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights as provided in this privacy policy. We will publish any changes to the privacy policy on a dedicated page.

For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notifications (including notifications through the Foodmax client, and even pop-up reminders for you).

The significant changes referred to in this Privacy Policy include but are not limited to:

(1) Our service model has undergone significant changes, such as the purposes for processing

personal/company information, the types of personal/company information processed, and the ways in which personal/company information is used.

(2) We have undergone significant changes in areas such as control. For example, changes in information controllers due to mergers and reorganizations;

(3) The main subjects of personal/company information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure have changed;

(4) There are significant changes in your rights regarding the processing of personal/company information and how to exercise them;

(5) When there are changes in the responsible department for handling personal/company information security, contact methods, and complaint channels;

(6) The personal/company information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
